Sending your shipment

  1. After the Agreement enters into force (the Sales Agreement for Products is deemed to have been concluded (Entry into Force of the Agreement) upon receipt of the amount due according to the invoice into the Telda OÜ bank account), the products will be delivered to you at the previously agreed time via the contact telephone number provided by you when placing the order.
  2. The products, together with the accompanying documents, will be delivered by a courier company within the time period specified in the product description. Delivery of goods in stock within the Baltics is generally 1-4 days.
  3. If the product you ordered is not in stock and must be specially ordered from the supplier and it is obvious that the delivery of the product within the delivery period specified in the product description is not possible, and in other cases where the timely delivery of the products is not possible due to circumstances for which Telda OÜ is not responsible, we will notify you of this by the contact telephone number or e-mail provided by you when placing the order within 2 business days from the entry into force of the Agreement and we will also inform you of the delivery date of the product you ordered. If you lose interest in purchasing the product due to a longer delivery date, you have the right to cancel your order (see section 3.1 for more information) and the amount paid by you (including the cost of transport) will be returned to you.
    3.1. You have the right to cancel your order after paying for the products, but before the products are delivered, by sending a corresponding message to the Telda e-shop email address epood@telda.ee with the order number and your bank account number, or by calling Telda OÜ on +372 6622031.
  4. Once the products you ordered have been handed over to the courier company, the courier company will contact you in advance to specify the delivery time of the products.
  5. The courier company will deliver the products to the address you specified when placing the order. It is not possible to change the destination later.
  6. Please ensure that the contact details provided when placing an order are correct to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of products. Telda OÜ and the courier company are not responsible for delays in the delivery of products and any misunderstandings that may arise if the delay or misunderstanding is due to inaccuracy or incorrectness of the information provided by you when placing an order.
  7. The products will be delivered to you by the courier with a delivery note. Before signing the delivery note, we strongly recommend that you inspect the packaging of the products and, in case of external damage, make a note to this effect on the courier's delivery note. We ask that you report a product with damaged packaging to the email address epood@telda.ee or Telda OÜ contact number +372 6622031. The product damaged by the courier company will be replaced.
  8. Delivery terms are valid only within the territory of the Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania). If you wish to order abroad, please contact customer service.
